Soapstone Tray

This rectangular shallow tray is a fair trade product hand carved out of soapstone, sanded until smooth, and then polished. Since this dish shows the natural colors of the stone, some color variations should be expected. One can often see shades of cream, gray, pink, and brown in the dish.

This unique catchall can be used to hold air plants, change, jewelry, keys, or any number of tiny treasures.
